Internships


Career Certification Program students have the opportunity to put their skills into practice working at a local business as an intern.

 
Businesses offer students non-paid internships, giving them a variety of experiences in the workplace. Students are responsible for working 36 hours under the supervision of an industry supervisor, including one full 8-hour work day. At the completion of the internship, many students are hired by their internship companies.








Over one hundred companies participate in the Internship Program. The companies represent a wide variety of industries, such as:
