The Hospitality Career Certification Program provides students the comprehensive technical knowledge and skills that prepare them for go on to college, trade school, or employment.
The Hospitality pathway emphasize real-world knowledge, skills and experiences related to the needs of the industry. Students take one core course, then three advanced courses in their career area. All courses are one year long. The Career Certification students take a total of 5 classes throughout all 4 years of high school. The capstone course, Senior Seminar, for certification is project and internship based. Upon successful completion of the Senior Seminar course, the students receive career certification in the pathway.
